Property Management

• Provide single point of contact for all the owners and vendors.
• Help with vendors and contractors.
• Attend condo meetings
• Inspect property periodically for maintenance issues.
• Scheduling and management of projects.

Financial Management

• Assist the board in developing and maintaining annual budget.
• Collect assessments and fees.
• Provide monthly financial reports.
• File annual condo tax return.
• Pay invoices.
• Maintain Bank account and reserve funds.

Maintenance

• Weekly maintenance of common areas, light bulbs, vacuuming, moping and dusting.
• Maintenance of the boiler and hot water heater.
• Snow removal and grass cutting.
• On call for emergencies.
