Property Management
- Provide single point of contact for all the owners and vendors.
- Help with vendors and contractors.
- Attend condo meetings
- Inspect property periodically for maintenance issues.
- Scheduling and management of projects.
Financial Management
- Assist the board in developing and maintaining annual budget.
- Collect assessments and fees.
- Provide monthly financial reports.
- File annual condo tax return.
- Pay invoices.
- Maintain Bank account and reserve funds.
Maintenance
- Weekly maintenance of common areas, light bulbs, vacuuming, moping and dusting.
- Maintenance of the boiler and hot water heater.
- Snow removal and grass cutting.
- On call for emergencies.
